Renewed Strength for the Journey
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
Beloved family of Living Waters, the demands of daily life can easily leave our spirits parched and our bodies weary. Yet, God’s eternal promise assures us that our portion is not exhaustion, but divine empowerment. Waiting on the Lord is not passive sitting; it is an active, prayerful posture of expectant trust in His sovereignty. When you cast your cares upon Jesus, the Holy Ghost infuses you with supernatural stamina that far outlasts human effort. You were never meant to carry life’s burdens in your own strength. Today, pause in His presence and trade your weariness for His boundless might. Lift your eyes to heaven, dear saint. The Lord is sending a fresh wind beneath your wings, enabling you to rise above every trial, run your race with enduring joy, and walk faithfully without fainting.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for being our unfailing source of supernatural strength and enduring peace. Breathe Your Holy Spirit afresh upon our lives today, lifting every heavy weight and renewing our spirits as we place our full trust in You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
